Small double room available in new build home

A small double room available overlooking the garden of a new build house in Saxilby.
Approximately 10 minute walk from the railway station, newly refurbished & well stocked Co-op supermarket, Butchers opposite the canal, two pubs and a fish & chip shop.
I’m looking for a female to take the room, preferably someone currently working in the emergency services as my role requires DBS vetting, so preferably someone who has been vetted in recent years.
Small double bed, small wardrobe and bedside drawers provided in the room
I would be happy to offer the room at a reduced rate for Monday to Thursday or Monday to Friday
