Clean and comfortable single room to let at RAF Scampton on the estate next to the RAF base Shared Kitchen, bathroom, Living room. Parking available and garden. Friendly, polite and easy going live in landlord Two quiet and lovely cats also share the house but are quiet and are no bother to anyone. The room has just been decorated has a bed, tables and two built in wardrobes. The shared bathroom has a shower and loo and wash basin and has also been recently decorated. The shared kitchen has a microwave, gas cooker, frisge freezer, washing machine etc.
.Rent is £50 per week which includes all bills with the exception of Council Tax.
