Country location, but just 12 miles south of Lincoln, 9 miles north of Sleaford. Close to RAF Digby, Waddington and Conningsby. You would have your own room with an en-suite shower, basin and toilet, and also use of the main bathroom with bath should you fancy a long soak. There are 2 sitting rooms; one with a log burning fire, and another with a large flat screen TV (which would be for you most of the time!). You will need to like dogs, as I have a friendly one! I have a large garden with a sauna for the winter months. There is plenty of space for parking. There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. All bills including landline phone to landline numbers.

I am looking for someone who would enjoy living in this lovely house as much as I do! I am happy to consider a short term rental arrangement on a weekly basis of £150pw.
