I am advertising a double room in my home for a lodger. As well as the room they will also have access to a shared kitchen, shared bathroom, and shared living area.

I live next door to the Berkley hotel, about a 20 minute walk from town centre with a bus route close-by. It is almost the same distance to the hospital, and only a 5 minute walk from the retail park.

Council Tax - Band A. Relevent gas and electric checks both complete and in date.
