Double room to let, Monday to Friday 4 days only

Looking for a professional person who is looking to rent a double room Monday to Friday 4 days only. Preferably suit a person who works in the Scunthorpe or surrounding areas and goes home at weekends. Happy to do short term lets. References will be required. The property is in a lovely quiet residential area. There is an off road parking space for a car. The shared areas in my house will be the kitchen/diner and bathroom, the front room is my own private space. As I work from home as a hairdresser my kitchen space in the day the person I decide to let the room to will have to work daytime hours and be out of the house between 8.30 and 4.30. This unfortunately is non negotiable and has worked in the past for me.
