The owner keeps a single room on the middle floor for her belongings.

Parking is available on private driveway and around the property.
My home is located in a quiet residential area of Sleaford on the Southfields estate. The train station is a 10min walk from the house. The town of Sleaford is a 15min walk.

I am looking for a lodger who is clean, tidy and respectful of the shared home.
