I am a live in land lord and have one other lodger, both of us are quiet and tidy and would like a similar new lodger.

My home is located close to the town centre with off road parking, it is only a 7 minute walk to the Railway Station and town centre. The garden is south facing with the views from the rear of the house looking out across fields which is not over looked.

My home has very easy access to the A15 and A17, is 20 mins from Grantham, 30 mins from Lincoln, 40 mins to Peterborough and is easily commutable to and from Nottingham, Grantham, Lincoln and Peterborough.

The garden is large and I have chickens which means fresh eggs for all.

The bathroom is shared but it is large with a separate large shower and bath.
