Share living room, kitchen/diner and bathroom. (There is another bathroom and sitting room so you would usually only share yours when I have company)
Five minutes from town centre with station, shops, doctors and cafes. Right opposite convenience store and fish and chip shop.
Off-street parking on main road
Prefer someone quiet, clean and responsible who is in work.
Overnight guests only by arrangement.
For short lets, less than 3 months, the rent is £100 per week.
Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV, SKY+HD entertainment package with wifi broadband, etc
All bills are included in the rent.
