Short let rooms available

I have one double rooms available. The bedrooms are big and fully furnished. These are upstairs with a shared bathroom.

The home is a large detached house, with bespoke furnishing which is kept clean and tidy. Downstairs there is a large kitchen with access to a washing machine, and tumble dryer as well as the normal kitchen facilities.

There is also a dining room and large lounge with flat screen tv and DVD player. The dining room opens out onto a small patio and good size garden. Set off the main road the property has a large gravel drive where tenants could park one car.

I am looking for lodgers who are easy to get along with and respectful of others.
