Double bed room

I have a double bed room for rent. There is large living room, open plan kitchen dinner, large gardens to from and rear. There is also a single garage that can be used for storage if necessary.

I’m a live in land lord, very down to earth and relaxed and looking for the same. I do like to keep high cleanliness standards and would expect the same from any tenant.

The property is very close to the A46 for easy access to the A1 or the Lincoln bypass.
