The house is modern and mostly refurbished with recently fitted Large Kitchen diner with all mod appliances inc. large Range Cooker.
Separate furnished living room with TV for tenants, with double doors on patio area.
Separate furnished dining room, with double doors to patio area.
The house is very clean and tidy with a regular cleaner that comes in once a week to look after the communal areas.
South facing very private and well maintained garden not overlooked at all in very quiet location.
Would also consider Monday to Friday, please ring to discuss as this would reflect the rental rates or on a fixed weekly basis.
Would suit professional person for 3/6 month contract, working away from home but not wishing to stay in a hotel or bed and breakfast, but still wanting to have the home comforts.
The room has it's own lock and key for personal privacy.
