Large unfurnished double bedroom to rent in a large 4 bedroomed house with only one other housemate. Bedroom has large built in wardrobe. All bills included, including WIFI. Large front drive and garage. Good sized garden at the rear. One bathroom and downstairs toilet. Will have use of a SPARE ROOM, which can be your personal office or chill space. Large new kitchen with dishwasher and double oven. There is a large conservatory and lounge so plenty of space. I have two very friendly cats who are very affectionate, cats can be considered for new housemate. I am very clean, quiet, but I do like a chat. I work night shifts but have no problems sleeping in the day, as long as the noise isn’t outrageous. Looking for someone who is just easy to live with. Maybe have some game nights, meals together or go for a run or hiking with. No pressure.
