Double room to rent in 2 bed house in Spalding.

Located on a small quiet road on the Wygate estate.

Bedroom is partly furnished, includes double bed, standing mirror, bedside table and large TV as shown in photo. I can also include all bedding if required.

Garden, with access to shed. Also has on road parking. No pets please.

House to be shared with the owners, tenant will be a lodger.

We are a couple in our early 30’s with a 5 year old cocker spaniel. We are home evenings and weekends.
