This is a fantastic King Size Room on the top floor of my 3 Storey Executive 7 bed detached house.
Fully furnished, plenty of storage, and hanging rail. Includes towels, bedding, Wi-Fi, Council Tax, Netflix and all bills.

We are a hard working professional household. All other occupants are friendly but very much self contained.

Shared bathroom, and access to a large kitchen/dining room/ conservatory and garden with large patio and seating area.

Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus allocated space in the fridge freezer too.
Street parking only.

We have Honey Coco and Fudge the dogs (super friendly Spaniels who reside in the communal area and sleep outside in a beautiful dog house) plus a cat Luna (who is not permitted in your room).

This is a Room Rental with live in landlord. This is very different from a house share.

You are only responsible for your own room, the kitchen, bathrooms and communal areas are serviced by professional cleaners each week.
