The room is a 2 minute walk from the Water Street entrance of Burghley Park, and a maximum 10 minute walk to Stamford High Street & the train station along the River Welland.

It is a stunning country cottage set off Barnack Road, decorated to a high standard with a garden & off street parking that is available on a first come first serve basis with the other residents. There is onstreet parking on Barnack Road too, which is free and no permit is required so there is always somewhere!

The homeowner is living in the house as well and works full-time, 5 days a week.

Accommodation:
Double bedroom furnished with an ottoman bed, desk and bed side table at the back of the house overlooking the garden. You have your own bathroom but it is not an ensuite.

Communal Area:
The cottage has two sitting rooms, one is connected onto a beautifully bright kitchen great for dinners in the winter or summer overlooking the garden and leading out to a great patio area outside with decking and shed for bikes etc.

Kitchen:
A beautiful country kitchen fully equipped with everything anybody could possibly want. 1 fridge, 1 freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a nespresso coffee machine for those that require their caffeine fix in the morning!

Bills:
Water and Electricity is in addition. Will be discussed as depends how many nights you wish to be at the property.

Pets:
No pets allowed
