En-suite double room available on first drift, Wothorpe, Stamford. Wothorpe is a quiet suburb and only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Stamford. The Maltings are a small group of residential properties, originally used for brewing. There is also a communal tennis court & garden area for the residents of the Maltings to use. We have a small courtyard with a table and chairs at the front of the house. The available room is situated on the ground floor with an en-suite, with the kitchen and living space on the first floor and the two other bedrooms on the second floor. The en-suite is a small shower room comprised of a mains shower, basin, mirror and WC. Also, there is space outside the room which currently has a chest of drawers and wash basket. The garage is large and can be used for storage.
