A double room has become available in a refurbished 2 up 2 town house located 10 minutes walking distance from Stamford town centre. Although the house is located so close to town, it does come with plenty of off-road parking.

The bedroom comes with a flat screen tv, mirror, makeup desk and the room has plenty of built in storage space behind the back smoked glass doors. It's possible to fit a good sized chest of drawers if required.

The living room has a corner sofa, smart tv and bi-fold doors which leads into the dining room.

The dining room contains a desk, a dining/pool table, book shelve and a drinks/glasses cabinet.

The kitchen has a couple of tall larder cabinets, dishwasher, washer, dryer, cooker and ice dispensing fridge freezer.

I do have a Husky, so if you are interested, you need to be ok with dogs.
