Spacious spare room in a lovely 3 bed house

A nicely decorated, spacious room; fully furnished with wardrobe space and under-bed storage. The room is at the back of the house, overlooking the garden, and is next to the bathroom.
The owner works from home on a Wednesday but is out at work during the other days and often stays at her partner's house during week nights, therefore there will be times where you will have the whole house to yourself.
The owner needs full access to the spare room as she has wardrobes that won't be emptied for the tenant. There are no locks on any doors so you would be trusted with access to all rooms.
The driveway is big enough for two cars, side by side. There is some garage space available, if required to store items.
Respect of the space and belongings within it is integral as well as taking care in cleaning and tidying up after yourself. Anyone that's into cooking will fit in really well and there are plenty of food magazines and books for you to enjoy!
It takes 15-20 minutes to walk into town, the neighbours are really lovely, and there are shops/supermarkets not far away.
Any items you would prefer not to be in the room can be removed, on discussion.
