Double bedroom in 3 bed town centre flat with quick access to stamford meadows. One flatmate, nicely furnished and decorated home, shared bathroom, lots of houseplants, modern amenities.
Looking for a short term housemate (up to sixth months) weekday only is available too.
Looking for a female only housemate - my current flatmate has lived here for a year and a half and is moving away, sadly. Looking for an easygoing person to share this lovely space with.
I don't have a TV so if that’s your thing then feel free to bring your own.
There is a spare third bedroom which is used as a guest bedroom but also is useful as an extra storage space.
I am very happy to share my space but know its important to have our own private areas.

Small balcony area which I grow plants on. Space for a seat, with a lovely view.
Please arrange to come and view - no tumble dryer and the flat is heated on electric radiators - it does get cold in the winter as it’s a Georgian building, but the radiators are set to timers to rectify this.
