The room is spacious and versatile, with its own external door leading into the garden, which opens onto Empingham Road Rugby Field - peaceful and private.

I’m a sociable but considerate housemate, who appreciates both friendly chats and quiet time. In university term time, I live in Norwich during to study, so there will be regular stretches when you’ll have the house to yourself. In the holidays I will be living at home in Stamford.

I have a cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable with pets. During term time I will rely on you to feed her, though I have other arrangements if you need to be away at times.

My son and daughter are at university but may come home on occasion.
