Bright double room in a new build home

Spacious and bright double room available in a new build home, just a 10-minute walk from Stamford town centre. The room is currently unfurnished giving you the flexibility to make it your own, but I’m happy to furnish it if preferred.
At the moment the bedroom is just my office space as you can see from the pictures.

The house is a recently built property in a quiet development. We moved in a few months ago and are still adding finishing touches and making it cozy, but it’s already a clean, modern and comfortable space. The home has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere so ideal for someone who wants a calm place.
We are also going to have the kitchen redone in a few weeks so there will be lots of storage and fridge space.

Currently in the house it is me (Karolina) and my boyfriend Raj (25 & 26). We’re both easygoing, tidy and often very busy but also happy to hang out sometimes, make a dinner party or watch a movie.

We also have a small dachshund Coconut🐾 so the house is dog-friendly. We are happy to accept other pets at home as long as our dog is happy with the new friend too.

Ideally looking for a friendly and tidy housemate in mid- to late 20s/ early 30s.

Town centre is about 10-15 min walk, there is Morrison's and Aldi right next door as well as 2 retail parks with more shops like Sainsbury's, B&M, Pure gym etc.
We have got also 1 extra parking space at the moment.

Available from mid June as hopefully that's when the kitchen will be finished but also happy to consider earlier date if you don't mind a bit of works in the house going on.
