I'm a professional who works Monday - Friday (teacher). I have a border collie dog (wonderfully friendly, but malts).

Double bedroom, with built in wardrobes.
Shared bathroom.
Shared kitchen, dining room and living room.
Shared parking space, but there is parking on the street (after 6pm and on Sundays or other areas around)
Walking distance (less than 5 mins) to central Stamford, 5 mins into Burghley House parklands.

May suit someone who works from home in the day (I am out) and then is out at night (I am home). May suit someone who works nights (I am out all day)

Would consider Mon-Fri only rents
