Furnished Double Room Close to Town Centre

Our current housemate is moving to pastures new, and so we are looking for someone to join us in her place.

Double room, TV port, in built storage. Can be furnished or not furnished (currently furnished). Shared living room with large TV, nice kitchen.

We're both pretty outgoing, regularly go to the gym and enjoy socialising with friends. We have one very well behaved small dog living with us too so dog friendly person is a must.

We don't have any parking but there is street parking nearby and a car park that is free between 6pm and 8am so if you commute out of Stamford that's an option.

We're looking for a friendly outgoing person, our soon-to-be-leaving housemate is leaving a big hole! We're quite sociable, and we do go out for drinks and dinner together. we're quite sporty, regular gym goers and runners.
