Bright Furnished Room w/Comfy Bed

This ad is for a SHORT-TERM rental (min 2 weeks, max 3 months), and would be suitable for contract workers or people in transition seeking a more permanent home.
The room is available from 20 January 2016.

Our property is detached and in a quiet residential neighborhood. We are just 3-7 minutes away (on foot) from a pub, fish and chips shop, Chinese take-away, and corner shop. It takes around 20 min to walk to the centre.

We have all the household amenities available and the room is fully furnished with a very comfortable king-size bed. Linens and towels are available.

Flatmate must enjoy the company of dogs. Ours are friendly and lovable.
We're easy-going, and quiet people.

We ask for a minimum commitment of 2 weeks, maximum stay 2-3 months.

Please note: If you work nights and need to sleep during the day, our house might not be the perfect solution. We're not a noisy lot but at the moment we mostly work from home during the day.
