Double room in large modern terraced house

My name's Lars and I have a well presented, furnished double room in a large three story, 4-bed property. It is not ensuite, but you will have use of the main bathroom next to the room.

My lodger has always enjoyed a large degree of privacy as I am often away with work. I'm looking for a like-minded, professional ideally, who values privacy but can also share the lounge / kitchen and engage in conversation! I'm a neat and tidy person and would like someone who appreciates keeping a clean house. Unfortunately I can’t offer the room to smokers, couples or anyone with a pet.

All bills including TV and broadband included, off street parking space available.
