Double room for let in a fantastic completely top to bottom renovated house. We are a couple who are looking for someone quiet to share with us.

The house is a 5 minute walk to the town centre

The room will have a new double bed, fitted double wardrobes, bed side tables and lamps.

There is:
- a communal living room with sofa and sky tv
-fantastic high spec bathroom with a further toilet downstairs.
- new kitchen with new appliances including a dishwasher
- whole new plumbing and heating system with thermostatically controlled radiators
-washing and drying facilities within a laundry room
- new paved garden
- conservatory

We are a quiet couple living alone and are looking to let our double room. This can be to a single person or a couple. There is a surcharge for double occupancy.

We allow smokers but this is only outside and is not allowed inside.

We do stress jay we would like a quiet person/couple who will respect the house as we do.
