Double Room with large ensuite

We are a lovely family home
currently in the house is me and my partner and child, i also have another lodger who works regularly and 2 exchange students that are at school.
The room is a double room and as a large en-suite with a shower and a toilet with storage space, the room is to the back of the house which makes it very quite
it is a large house with a large kitchen and 2 extra family bathrooms both with shower and one with bath, utility room with x2 washers and a drying machine, large garden.

lovely village with 2 pubs, fish and chips shop and post office, bus stop outside of house but alot of parking space on drive not far from spalding and only 9 miles from boston
