House sitter wanted for large house

Large detached house, in 1/2 acre of mature gardens overlooking LINCOLNSHIRE's River Neeme to the front and the Crown Estate to the rear. This bargin opportunity is only available to single working person who can reference consistent paid employment (not agency work). The house is in a quite and scenic location while being near the A17 with easy access to towns such as Kings Lynn, Sandringham, Wisbech, Downham Market, Spalding, Snettisham, Boston and Holbeach. NB this house is NOT in Sutton, London.

In addition to either an ensuite or seperate bathroom the lodger /house sitter will have use of a kitchen and lounge and all other facilities of the house. In return for being rent free (under licence) the person will need to pay all bills on a monthly basis, which currently are less than £400 per month. Proof of paying bills will be required each month. A deposit against the bills will be required.
