Lovely King Size Bedroom by the Sea

Clearwater is a detached house with modern stylish furniture and a great big kitchen, with a range cooker and modern equipment. Your bedroom is very large and has a colour TV, double size electric bed, chests of drawers, wardrobe dressing table etc. it is a very large bedroom with single occupancy. My lodger will preferably be a professional male or female. The house is across the road from the beach, next to the high street shops and Bacchus hotel. There is plenty of parking available. All the rooms are huge and light and airy. There are two bathrooms upstairs and a toilet downstairs. With a maximum of three of us in the house, there should be no queuing for anything. If you like to stroll on the beach - it is only yards away. Just come and have a look at the house - I'm sure you would really like to stay here.
Room is £100/week (£425/month) deposit £200.
