Nice bungalow, secluded, private grounds, ample parking, garage if required and ample storage space in outside log cabin. Would be best suited for someone with own transport as there are no buses, the village of Parson Drove is 1 mile away so could walk to the amenities there including a bus service, post office, grocery shop, takeaway, doctors, pharmacy and pubs. A dog lover would be preferable as I have a young Belgium Malinois. If you like gardening you can knock yourself out here. I don't mind if you have a cat and the dog won't mind either so could discuss that. Council tax and all bills are inclusive.
