The living room has two large, comfy 3-seater sofas in great condition and 65 inch lg smart tv.

Heating is available and can be used as needed, but I ask that it’s used considerately to avoid excessive energy costs. Heating is included subject to fair use. Any excessive usage will be queried, and persistent excessive use may incur additional charges.
