Quiet home fully furnished - room rent

Lovely, quiet and well-furnished house with full amenities.
The home is fully equipped with a brand-new fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer(these are black in the updated pic) , it has a built in cooker and has a microwave and kettle for use.

All plates, pans, and cutlery are provided. Bathroom towels and bed linen are included. The bedroom offers ample storage for clothes, with a built-in wardrobe and bed side table along with a clothes drawer as shown in the pics.

The living room has two large, comfy 3-seater sofas in great condition and 65 inch lg smart tv.

Although this is a shared house, I’m never around — giving you the home to yourself the majority of the time. I’ll let you know in advance if I do need to be there.

Heating is available and can be used as needed, but we ask that it’s used considerately to avoid excessive energy costs. Heating is included subject to fair use. Any excessive usage will be queried, and persistent excessive use may incur additional charges.

Only 7 minutes to Gainsborough by car

Local grocery shop, pub, church and a well-known chip shop all within a 5-minute walk
