Single garage with room for reasonable storage if needed, exercise equipment is used in there, also available for use.

We have a small dog, so must be ok with animals.

Sole use of separate full bathroom.

Smart 42" TV with Netflix, Amazon TV, sky+, fibre to premise broadband.

Double rail wardrobe space, double bed, plenty of storage, bedside table, new black velvet cuddle chair/mini sofa, mirror.

Preferably a Non smoker, vaping accepted but outside, employed, not suitable for a shift worker.

Deposit to be returned after inspection and deep clean of bedroom and bathroom, as per contract.

Cleaner comes once per month for shared spaces, renter is responsible for cleanliness and up keep of own spaces, and after own cooking/use of kitchen etc.

Cleaner charges £20.00 per hour, can be discussed if you’d like them to held with your stars, or as an end of tenancy.
