Lovely Double room, single occupancy. The room is an attractive bright and airy room with double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables.

Continental Breakfast and full evening meal provided. A packed lunch can alsp be provided if required.
Bedding and towels are supplied. Laundry and cleaning also included?
All of this is included in the monthly charge and is shared with one other lodger.

Modern bathroom with power shower.

Also has own lounge (Shared with one other lodger) the lounge has a 32 inch tv.
There are also tea making facilities and fridge in the shared lounge.
We do have broadband
All bills included.
There are 2 Patio areas and a large garden. We have ample parking on our drive which is secured with electric gates.

My husband and I are looking for a male professional lodger, non smoker, age immaterial to live in our home. Our home is a 4 bed detached house in Waddington village. We have one other lodger . We have a young friendly Springer spaniel that only has access to the kitchen and utility room.
