I have a room to rent coming up for availability. Please be aware this is a small double room. (comes wardrobe and set of drawers. I'm currently looking for a small double bed or single if you require one) all bills included. Buy your own food and toiletries. Full use of house (kitchen, bathroom, living room, garden) pets considered. Providing they get on with my own. I have a dog, cat, 2 rats, 2 guinea pigs. You must have a steady income and need to show proof of this. 650 payable on first day of moving in. Then 350 on your pay day each month. (makes it easier to budget) I don't currently have up to date photos. However viewing is welcome.
