This recently decorated, pleasant room has a double bed, bedside drawers, TV, lamp, wardrobe, ideal for a quiet professional person or mature student. Bathroom facilities are for sole use, however toilet facilities would be shared with owner
The property is a large bungalow, situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking open fields. Full use of all usual household facilities + wi-fi throughout the house. The area is considered to safe and quiet.
I have pets, 2 mischievous cats, one house dog and one outside dog.
Parking is available on roadside or off road by arrangement.
Bus links every 30 minutes to city centre and train station. Driving time to the city centre is 15 - 20 minutes depending on the time of day. I will consider a full-time lodger at £85 a week but would ideally prefer a Mon - Fri let.
