King size ensuite room available from 1st July 2025. £600 per month including bills. You will be sharing with me (live in landlord) and my friendly dog.
There is a large built in wardrobe in the room, hybrid king sized mattress, and ensuite with shower.
You will also have access to the kitchen/diner, living room, conservatory and garden. There is also a double garage should you need any extra storage room.
Outside there is ample parking as the house is located on a quiet culdesac.
Wragby is located 20 minutes drive from the centre of Lincoln and has buses at least every hour into Lincoln. The bus route also stops directly outside Lincoln hospital and so is ideal for anyone working there. There are shops/takeaways/pubs within walking distance from the house.
