Pets allowed Double Bedroom bills inc. Women only

I have 1 double bedroom available in a shared house on Abbey road available from 26th August. The current tenant has a dog who’s also leaving, so there is space for a well behaved pet in the house.

The house is in good condition with a shared living room and modern kitchen with a large American fridge freezer. There is a spacious garden which is great for pets and summer barbecues.

I manage the property myself as the landlord, so you’ll have no problems with agencies.

Local amenities and transport links are great. There’s a shop for anything you need on the high street 5 minutes away, and bus stops/tube stations a few minutes walk away to go wherever you need in London.

No council tax, that’s my responsibility.
