Hey there! We have a spacious double bedroom comes furnished or unfurnished for a friendly individual. House is located in zone 2, NW London, with access to Bakerloo, Jubilee, Metropolitan and Overground lines (5-10 minutes away). It takes about 20 minutes to get to Bond Street and close to Paddington.

Entire flat is located on second floor which is four flights of stairs or a lift. Lift is relatively small (can give measurements for wheelchair users to check). No stairs for bathroom in flat. Flat has an intercom.

Housemate is a live in landlord, gay and works from home. House has recently been done up to a great standard (bias I know) in a quiet suburban area. Desirable apartment for a gay professional male 👌🏻. Ideal move in from Mid-May.
