The largest of the 3 rooms, unique with its private balcony with seating for 2. The bedroom comes complete with a comfy double bed, large glass dining table, wardrobde, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. The room also have a 55" smart TV.

£1200 room:
The second largest bedroom, complete with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small dining area with seating for 2, bedside table, lamp and a smart TV.

£1100 room -
The final bedroom comes with a double bed, in-built wardrobe with drawers, a small dining table with 2 folding chairs, bedside table with lamp and a smart TV.

KITCHEN
The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook a nice meal or sit and have a cup of coffee on the breakfast bar with seating for 2. The kitchen has a washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave.

BATHROOM
The apartment has 1 full bathroom complete with a bath with shower hose, basin and mirror. There's also a separate W/C with a toilet.

BUILDING
The apartment is located in a block of flats on the 2nd floor of the building. There's stairs and also a lift.

BILLS
All bills included in the price + a free weekly cleaner who cleans the communal areas.
