Hi! I’m looking for a female flatmate (age 24–29) to join me in my 2-bedroom flat in St John’s Wood, London.

About the flat:
    •    £1,258 per month (bills not included)
    •    Fully furnished double bedroom (mattress, wardrobe, and drawers)
    •    Bright living room, balcony, kitchen and shared bathroom
    •    Amazing location (Jubilee and Bakerloo line)
    •    Quiet area and building - need to respect other neighbours.
    •    9am to 5pm building concierge
    •    Move-in date: December or January (secured place, you’ll be added to the contract)
The deposit is £1,491 for some reason wouldn’t let me add it in the details!
About you:
    •    Female, aged 24–29
    •    No pets
    •    Smoking friendly
    •    Not a remote worker (ideally someone out and about during the day)
    •    Organised, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces (your bedroom is your zone!)
    •    Not a party person - this isn’t a party flat or to bring many people back.
    •    Needs to be happy to chip in for household essentials (cleaning products, toilet roll, etc.)
