Double room in Abbey Wood

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our 3 bed house. The house has a living room, modern kitchen, and a lovely garden (ideal for BBQs in the summer).

The room available is a small fully furnished double complete with bed, wardrobe, and desk.

The house is a ten minute walk to Abbey Wood rail and underground station, and also a short walk (<10 minutes) to a large Sainbury’s and Lidl.

I've moved abroad for work and am looking for someone to take my room. You'll be sharing with one young professional and one PhD student, both of whom who are friendly, relaxed and sociable.

The room is available for at least one year and potentially longer.

Bills are included and include high speed internet (1Gb/s) for easy home-working.
