I am away from the property 75% of the time for work and i am looking for a people to look after things whilst im away. You must be clean and tidy and within full time employment. I have a female living with me who is clean and tidy.

The House is located less than 5 mins away from Abbey Wood Station.

The rooms are very Spacious and both rooms are located next door to one another. I am permitting access to a 3rd small room which can be used as a lounge area. The property has just had a brand new kitchen installe.

Large Supermarket located 5 mins walk away and a Large park is located behind the House.

Would best suit professional or mature students male or female. House is quite tranquil, in a quiet residential area, so you will be able to relax after work.
