Hello, we are looking for a likeminded flatmate to join us in our 3 bedroom house.
The spacious interior has been refurbished to a high quality throughout and boasts an abundance of natural light. The ground floor consists of:
- large double bedroom
- sociable living room with smart tv
- huge gorgeous conservatory room with wide double door
- modern kitchen
- large garden/patio area
- extra storage space available under the stairs
The conservatory especially is a dream during the summer months for eating meals, bbq-ing and entertaining friends/family.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom (currently used as office), and stylish modern bathroom.
The large double bedroom on the ground floor is available. We're looking to rent it out at £850 pcm for a single person with some bills included. All others will be divided evenly (council tax, electricity, gas etc).
We are spoilt for green spaces nearby with Bostall Woods across the street, the famous Lesnes Abbey Woods, and East Wickham Open Space.
Transport:
- Access to Elizabeth line from Abbey Wood station (10 minute walk) giving you fast links to Canary Wharf, Liverpool Street and the City centre as well as Heathrow airport
- National rail trains running from Abbey Wood to London Bridge (25mins), Charing Cross (30 mins), Cannon Street (30 mins), King's X (35 mins), and Luton airport
- Bus stop (1 minute walk) that provides access to Greenwich, Blackheath, Woolwich (for DLR access), and Lewisham
There is a large Sainsbury's superstore and Lidl right next to the station and a number of smaller shops (i. e Co-op, Iceland) in the area.
Our flatmates tend to stay on for long periods with some staying up to 3 years. This will suit an easy going individual who is looking to make somewhere their home.
