Employed, responsible adult

Able to keep the room, kitchen, and bathroom clean and tidy

No loud music or parties

No guests or partners allowed (single occupant only; the property is for quiet, professional use)

No banking/financial mail (loans, credit, lending partners, etc.)

Normal online deliveries (Amazon, etc.) are welcome if managed responsibly
