Double bed room 2min walk from Abbey Wood station

Hello,

My parents are wanting to rent out two double bedroom in their 5 bed house. My 28 year old sister lives with them.

The house has been recently renovated and there are still minor decorative works to be completed.

The kitchen and 2 bathroom suites are new. The walls have recently been plastered and painted. The flooring was changed throughout. There is a garden at the back with a small grass patch and a driveway at the front with 1 spare space for the lodger.

My family would prefer a female lodger who is kind, clean and respectful of their home.
