Bright, homely room available in SE London

*PART-TIME LET*

Hello,

I'm a 'live-in landlord' (if you can call it that lol) with a 2-bedroom flat 20mins from Central London that has a concierge, cinema room and co-working space on the ground floor.
My lovely part-time tenant is heading up North so I'm on the hunt for a (Mon - Fri) considerate flatmate that's clean and easy going. I'm an extroverted introvert - I love to socialise but I also enjoy my own company!

Will most likely reply to those who take the time to introduce themselves as I'm looking for the right fit :)

The flat has an open plan kitchen/living room, bathroom and balcony.
I recently installed a spenny water softener system so no more hard water, yay!
Your bedroom is still pretty new - although I've furnished/decorated it you're welcome to change it as you like. There's a chest of drawers, a bedside table, open wardrobe and a double bed. We are council tax band C.

We're in a new development 8min walk from Abbey Wood station (Elizabeth line and Overground). There is a big Lidl and Sainsbury's nearby. We're close to Lesnes Abbey, a large forest which is great for walks and hikes (I go often!). Monthly farmers market and weekly car boot nearby too.
