Bills cover council tax, electricity, underfloor heating, water, unlimited data broadband and cleaning cost (every 2 weeks) of your room, bathroom and shared spaces.
Shared spaces: fully equipped Kitchen/ Dining, Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, Living room & Terrace with outdoor seating, parasol and a BBQ grill.
Coffee & Sparkling water machines available for your use if needed, access to Netflix and Prime TV also included.
