Modern spacious room in South East London

Spacious room available in Abbey wood south east London (Greenwich) - directly outside Abbey Wood station (20 mins to Central London).

We're looking for a new flatmate to join at the start of August (Aug 1) us as our good friend is leaving. We're a bunch of easy going young guys who work in the creative and fitness industries looking for someone who think they would be an ideal fit. Normally we like to hang out in the kitchen from time to time, watch sports, play music and have fun around London going out etc etc.

(a quicker move in can be arranged from 15 July)

We both work from home about 3x a week and I'm away a lot on the weekends too.

The room is a twin room with a shared bathroom, living space, and underfloor heating, so there's plenty of space for you. There's also a rooftop terrace to enjoy and another garden to socialise in with ping pong tables.

Local amenities:
There's a Sainsbury's directly downstairs, a Lidl down the street, two gyms, a GP, and other local shop, all in all, i would say that everything is within a 5 minute walk.
