I'm looking for a housemate to occupy a spacious double room that is available to move in from today. The room is furnished with relatively new furniture. The flat is situated on the ground floor and has recently been renovated to a modern standard - there is also a large garden/patio that is perfect for relaxing outside or drying clothes during the summer. The flat is in a very quiet location, 2 minutes walk away from the hills and forests of Lesnes Abbey and Bostall Heath. Currently the only housemate you'll have is me, but in November my partner (30, F, working professional) will be moving in as well - I've already adjusted the price for this, so you'll be getting a bargain for at least the next few months!

The flat is a 10-minute walk away from Abbey Wood Station, where you can take the Elizabeth Line or Thameslink rail to get into central London quickly. See travelling times below:
