I'm looking for a housemate to occupy a spacious double room for 3 months. The room is furnished with relatively new furniture. The flat is situated on the ground floor and has recently been renovated to a modern standard - there is also a large garden/patio that is perfect for relaxing outside or drying clothes during the summer, though the patio is currently going through some renovations which will be complete in the next week or so. The flat is in a very quiet location, 2 minutes walk away from the hills and forests of Lesnes Abbey and Bostall Heath.

The flat is a 10-minute walk away from Abbey Wood Station, where you can take the Elizabeth Line or Thameslink rail to get into central London quickly. See travelling times below:
Canary Wharf - 11 mins
Whitechapel - 15 mins
Tottenham Court Road - 23 mins
Paddington - 29 mins
London Bridge - 31 mins

It's also a 30 second walk away from a bus station that will take you straight to Plumstead/Woolwich/Greenwich.

About myself: I'm 28 and I work in data science & education. I'm mixed British-Malaysian, and I speak fluent Mandarin.
