Note: You’ll be sharing the house with just me. I tend to travel with work, so an independent, responsible person will be much preferred.

You’ll have a spacious double bedroom with your own ensuite bathroom, perfect for privacy and comfort. There’s plenty of storage, and if you work remotely, there’s room to set up a dedicated workspace too. The rent is £1,300/month, and that includes ALL bills:
- Council tax
- Electricity & underfloor heating
- Water (soft water, no limescale!)
- Unlimited broadband
- Fortnightly cleaning of your room, bathroom, and shared areas
- Provision of toiletries in shared spaces - mainly kitchen (detergents, kitchen towels, bin bags etc)

- Utility room with washer and tumble dryer
